Sophia Lamar
Cynthia Powell
Amanda Lepore and a bevy of men
Monica and Nick

Mellie Mel
NaNa in the mix
Desmond and Patrick
Aaron Pursell and beauties and Cynthia with Stanley and designer Kalinka
I went last night to the birthday party of Susan Anton. I've known her since we were younger and going to the Limelight weekly for Disco 2000 or Too Terrible as we liked to call it then. She invited a few friends we both have know over the years. I didn't get pictures of everyone but here are some of my favorites including one of Mellie Mel from rap pioneers Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five who performed a few of the hits he voiced back in the day. It was funny to see him before the show sitting at a table towards the corner of the room. Sitting up very erect in the red suit with a red hat like some old G mafia don, or some old pimp. Then I see him perform and it all made sense.

Street Art
Seems that street art is back, so much so the even corporate brands are using it as advertising for their product. I am happy to see that art is going back to the streets in order for the artist to gain recognition but hate that it is being corrupted by the corporate brands trying to get over on us with their use of this to advertise their product. The one good thing is that at lease the artist got paid for their original art.
this one is an ad for Levis jeans
